3. User Obligations
As a user of GlobalNext services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, provide accurate information, and maintain the security of your account credentials.

Provide complete and accurate shipment details, customs documentation, and contact information.
Compliance Requirements
Ensure all goods comply with UAE import regulations and international trade laws.
Account Security
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in GlobalNext's services, including but not limited to software, trademarks, logos, content, and proprietary technology, remain the exclusive property of GlobalNext.
Proprietary Rights
GlobalNext retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including all software, algorithms, and data structures.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant GlobalNext a license to use, modify, and display such content for service delivery.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without prior written consent.
6. Liability & Limitations
GlobalNext provides services "as is" and makes reasonable efforts to ensure reliability, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
GlobalNext's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Service Availability
While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen circumstances may affect service availability.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms vary by service type. All fees are due according to the agreed payment schedule in your service agreement.
Invoicing
Invoices are issued according to your service agreement. Payment is due within 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Late Payments
Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in service suspension until payment is received.
Refunds
Refund policies vary by service. Custom agreements may have specific refund terms outlined in your contract.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the terms specified in your contract.
Termination by You
You may terminate services with 30 days written notice, subject to any minimum commitment periods outlined in your agreement.
Termination by GlobalNext
We may terminate services immediately for breach of terms, non-payment, or illegal activity. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
9. Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently through good faith negotiation and, if necessary, through formal dispute resolution procedures.
Good Faith Negotiation
Parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through direct negotiation for at least 30 days before pursuing formal resolution.
Mediation
If negotiation fails, disputes may be referred to mediation through a mutually agreed mediator in Dubai, UAE.
Arbitration
If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with UAE arbitration laws.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws of the Emirate of Dubai.
Jurisdiction
Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
